Joining Division 7
Do join us in Division 7! It is relatively painless and quite rewarding.
Membership is
- Always free for undergraduate and graduate student affiliates
- Free for members for the first year
- $15 per year for members after the first year
You do have to be a member of APA to renew membership in Division 7 each year. To find out more about the benefits of being a member of APA, click here. To print out the APA membership application, click here.
If you are not currently a member of either Div 7 or APA, then you should apply for membership in Div 7 right now from this website, join APA either now or later this year, and then renew your Div 7 membership by mail with APA at the end of the year.
If you are already a member of APA, but not Div 7, then simply apply for membership in Div 7 right now from this website. Doing so will then automatically add Div 7 to your regular APA membership renewal you will receive at the end of the calendar year.
Renewal of membership in division 7 takes place each year at the end of the calendar year by mail through APA.
All members at any level certify that a significant portion of their study and/or professional work is in the field of Developmental Psychology, and that they accept the responsibilities and obligations of the ethical tradition of APA.
Graduate and undergraduate students are also eligible for membership, upon verification from a professor of their work in Developmental Psychology, and their good standing.
